Return Policy

At Fallora, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return the item under the conditions below.
This Return Policy applies to all orders placed by customers located in the United States.


1. Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • You may only request a return after you have physically received the product.

  • Return shipping costs are entirely the customer’s responsibility, including any international shipping or customs fees.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all labels and tags attached.

  • Trying on items is allowed; wearing them is not.

  • Returns may be declined if items show signs of wear, damage, stains, odors, or missing tags.

  • Intentional bulk ordering of multiple sizes with the purpose of returning most items is not permitted.


2. How to Start a Return

  1. Notify us by email at info@fallora.com within 14 days of receiving your item.

  2. After approval, we will provide the return address of our fulfillment partner or supplier.

  3. You must ship the item back at your own expense, including any customs duties if applicable.

  4. We recommend using a track & trace shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns without valid tracking.


3. Refunds

  • Once the returned item has been received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.

  • Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable.


4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size or product, please place a new order once your return has been approved and refunded.


5. Liability

  • If the carrier’s tracking status shows “delivered” to the address provided, we are not responsible for loss or theft after delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.

  • Address errors or changes must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
